Nice continuation of the story, and exploration of this character. What s , my quibbles with volume 2 of the series aren t repeated here in volume 3.

Another great Midnighter book.Midnighter comes across an assassin who gets the better of him and takes his identity to try and get to the people close to Midnighter. But the one thing you cannot do is annoy the Midnighter Midnighter takes his revenge in some style.

A really good collection this was Just as nice as was the run by Ennis which kicked this series off.Sadly, this was also the last one with this series Really sad to see the end of series that just had found its voice.

Really enjoyed this collection, than I thought I would I only had limited knowledge of Midnighter as a character, but found I quite liked him Sort of like a Punisher Batman hybrid if you will His adventures are VERY violent, so not for the faint hearted, but this collection is well written, very nice art, and is, well, fun His showdowns with Assassin8 are just brutal to watch.Keith Giffen clearly has a great handle on the character, and the 2 stand alone stories by others are also well worth yo [...]

Possibly the weakest storyline so far while following on in a sense from Anthem , it basically boils down to an awful lot of 1 1 fighting, not much dialogue, not much going on really Nicely tense at times, but not exactly compelling throughout I also found the artwork simplistic and disappointing it feels as though those behind the series have allowed their attention to wander at this point.

Giffen s rapid fire dialog is smart and expects the reader to be paying attention It stands in stark contrast to the other non Giffen chapters band aided onto this book, which have a few interesting moments but are mostly pedestrian The art is pretty standard stuff, nothing to call your member of parliament about.
