    I am not a believer in diets so I thought ok let s pick this book up and see what they have to say From the first page I enjoyed reading this book, I like that it is not a diet book but a way to live book It was nice how in each chapter you get some ten minute ideas on how to use their strategies This is a very upbeat book to read so you don t feel as if you are being bogged down with a lot of information I look forward to learning how to live better through this book.

    I m on page 110 of 320 of The Fit Bottomed Girls I have read than my share of weightloss books and I have to say I love this book The tone is fun and friendly, none of the scientific jargon A lot is common sense but I love how it is broken down into 10 minute fixes It is meant for the average Jane and Joe I have already begun to impliment some of the fixes and I do believe it will help me become a Fit Bottom Girl I highly recommend this book to anyone that is trying to loose 5 to 200 pounds.
