While there are finally some great books covering the research and ways to get the autoimmune condition Hashimoto s Thyroiditis into remission, in this book the author has put into writing so much of the emotional aspects of the disease or dis ease as she refers to it It s also a fast read full of humor, compassion, and understanding Highly recommended for those with Hashimoto s, as well as for the family and friends who love them.
