I want to start off by saying that I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review.Overall I really enjoyed this book There were parts where I wasn t too impressed with and others that left me shaking my head, and yet I was practically laughing out loud throughout most of the book and I wanted to know what happened, and the goods definitely outweighed the bads, or not so goods , in the end The ending of this book leaves you wanting , that is for sure I really want to read the next [...]

Beautifully written, this story draws you in, and the heroine makes a seamless transition between modern day America and another world Peril, romance, baddies, magic, stunning settings, this story just about has it all Looking forward to the next book, although this book has a definite conclusion, there is plenty of scope to explore this world further.

A rocky start, but this book quickly pulls it out and becomes really quite something Morris turns the girl in another land genre, if not on its head, at least in a solid 90 degree angle.Full review here blognestales p 2019

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.I thought the book was a bit slow in the beginning but then it picked up the pace and I really started to enjoy the story I liked the characters, even though they re far from perfect, you start to care for them Maggie is a good character, a teenage girl that you could describe as a little crazy with anger issues but she s also clever, strong and witty I did have a problem with Andrew in the beginning I maybe started to like him when [...]

To begin with I found things a bit hard to get into but once I really got going I couldn t put it down I think the extracts from Andrew s point of view are really effective and really hope this is a series in the making Also the possibility for some short stories from the ones she left behind in the new world
